Being a member of the local DFCC enables you to be consistently kept informed of the latest developments in the areas of alcohol, tobacco and other drug treatments, prevention and education in the community. DFCC Monthly Meetings

The Drug Free Community Council meets monthly at the Chamber of Commerce briefing Center at 401 East Colfax, Suite 310, South Bend, Indiana. Traditionally, these meetings occur the first Tuesday of every month at 3:00pm.

The Drug Free Community Council has been chosen by the Governor's Commission for a Drug Free Indiana as the Local Coordinating Council for St. Joseph County. As we work to increase awareness of community problems by participating, sponsoring,
supporting and developing new and existing programs that address various substantial issues in St. Joseph County, we welcome you to see our community agencies in action.

plan, promote and coordinate community efforts and resources to reduce the abuse.
